This is a top-to-bottom deep cleaning that covers areas often overlooked during day-to-day upkeep. From scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens, to cleaning inside cabinets, appliances, windows, and baseboards — we leave no corner untouched. Whether you’re moving in for a fresh start, moving out to secure your deposit, or preparing a property for sale or rent, our service ensures the space looks its very best. What's Included: - KITCHEN: Inside/outside cabinets and drawers, countertops, sinks, stovetop, backsplash, oven, fridge, microwave, fixtures. (See add-ons) - BATHROOMS: Deep scrub of tubs, showers, grout, toilets, sinks, and mirrors; fixtures polished and disinfected. - BEDROOMS & LIVING AREAS: Wipe and dust all surfaces, baseboards, doors, vents, blinds, and ceiling fans. - FLOORS: Full vacuuming and mopping of every room, including edges and corners. - WINDOWS: Interior glass and sills cleaned. - ADD-ONS: inside fridge, inside oven, inside cabinets, interior windows. - FINAL TOUCHES: Trash removal, sanitization of high-touch areas, leaving a truly “move-in ready” space. Cancellation Policy
📌 Overview This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking Move In/Out cleaning services with Vast Western Cleaners. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and high-quality experience for every client during their transition. 🗓️ Booking Requirements - Advance Notice: Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. - Minimum Service Time: A minimum of 3 hours is required for all Move In/Out cleanings. - Property Access: Clients must ensure access to the property on the scheduled date (keys, codes, or someone present). - Utilities: Water and electricity must be active at the property during the cleaning. 💳 Payment - Accepted Payments: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. 🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling - Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. - Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the full amount. - Rescheduling: Allowed once per booking with at least 24 hours’ notice. 🛑 Limitations & Liability - We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left behind. - We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains or damage. - Clients must remove personal belongings prior to cleaning.
