Service Description
Our Regular House Cleaning keeps your home consistently fresh, tidy, and welcoming. Whether you choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits, this service is designed to handle the everyday messes so you can enjoy more time and less stress. What's Included Every Visit: - KITCHEN: Wipe countertops, sanitize sink, clean exterior of appliances, tidy stovetop, empty trash. - BATHROOMS: Clean & sanitize toilets, tubs/showers, sinks, and mirrors; wipe counters; empty trash. - BEDROOMS & LIVING AREAS: Dust surfaces, wipe tables, tidy up, make beds, empty trash. - FLOORS: Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery; sweep and mop hard floors. - GENERAL: Dust light fixtures, picture frames, and baseboards (as needed); sanitize high-touch areas like doorknobs and switches. - EXTRAS (by request): inside fridge, inside oven, inside cabinets, interior windows. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Scheduling • Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. • Service is available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. 2. Payments • Payment is due upon booking (recurring clients may opt into automatic billing). • Accepted forms of payment: credit/debit, or secure online payment. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations will result in a $50 cancellation fee. • Frequent cancellations may affect eligibility for discounted recurring rates. 4. Access to Home • Clients must provide safe and secure access to the home (being present, providing a key, or using a lockbox code). • If cleaners are unable to access the home at the scheduled time, a lock-out fee of $50–$75 may apply. 5. Scope of Work • Services will be provided as outlined in your agreed-upon booked cleaning service plan. • Additional tasks (inside appliances, laundry, dishes, organizing, etc.) can be added upon request and may incur extra charges. 6. Health & Safety • Please notify us of any pets, special cleaning instructions, or hazardous areas before service. • We use professional, eco-friendly cleaning supplies, but clients may request specific products if preferred.
