Our Residential Event Cleanup Service takes the stress out of post-event mess, leaving your home spotless and ready to enjoy again. Whether it’s a birthday, dinner party, holiday gathering, or any celebration, we handle everything so you can relax. What’s Included: • TRASH AND DEBRIS REMOVAL: Empty bins, remove party trash, leftover food packaging, and decorations. • KITCHEN: Wash dishes, clean countertops, wipe appliances, sweep and mop floors. • BATHROOMS: Sanitize sinks, toilets, counters, mirrors, and restock essentials if needed. • LIVING AREAS & BEDROOMS: Remove clutter, wipe surfaces, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors. • OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: Interior windows, cabinets, fridge, or laundry for larger events. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our Residential Commercial Event Cleanup Service! To provide you with reliable and professional service, we ask all clients to review and follow our booking policy below: 1. Booking & Reservations • All event cleanups must be booked at least 7 days in advance. • Bookings are confirmed only when payment are received. • Same-day or last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on staff availability and will incur a rush service fee. 2. Payments • We accept payments via credit card, ACH, check, or business invoice. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the scheduled event will receive a 50% refund of the full payment. • Cancellations made within 48 hours or less of the scheduled event will result in full payment forfeiture. • Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if done at least 72 hours in advance. 4. Service Time & Access • Clients must provide clear access to the venue at the scheduled cleanup time. • If access is delayed due to the event running over, additional wait-time charges may apply. • Parking or loading dock arrangements should be made by the client to ensure smooth setup. 5. Scope of Work • Cleanup will be completed as outlined in the signed agreement (trash removal, floors, restrooms, surfaces, etc.). • Additional services requested on-site (e.g., carpet shampoo, appliance cleaning, bulk trash removal) may be billed separately. 6. Liability & Venue Requirements • Our staff is fully trained, insured, and equipped with professional cleaning supplies. • We follow all venue-specific rules and regulations regarding waste disposal and facility care. • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or items left behind by event guests.
